Insurance
I am an out of network provider, but I can help verify out of network benefits and help you to understand your out of network coverage. I provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellation policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
